How to use Akkadu Extension

1. Use Chrome or Edge browser to join the online meeting

2. Install the extension

• Click hereopen in new window to install on Chrome browser

• Click hereopen in new window to install on Edge browser

3. Insert the Room ID (⚠️Please contact the organizers to get the meeting Room ID)

4. Click Select Language and select your preferred language

⚠️ Note for users at a corporate with a network firewall:

If you cannot see the START or Select Language button, most probably your company's network firewall is blocking the stream.

In such case, we recommend any of below solutions:

1. Change to another wifi network or use 4G/5G or,
2. Ask the IT department to configure the firewall by whitelisting and opening below domains and ports:
